Mrs. Kalavanti Devi, the mother of the head of the organization, Mr. Yashpal Sharma, has given good manners to all her children. A story narrated by the mother would continue to inspire Yashpal ji throughout his life, which is as follows.

One day, with a happy heart, God invited all the gods and demons to the Raj Bhoj. Various types of dishes were prepared for everyone. Food was served to the gods and demons in separate rooms. God tied everyone's arms with the help of wood in such a way that because of wood their arms could only remain straight. After some time, God went to observe in both the rooms. They saw that the demons with their tied hands which were standing upwards, looking at the sky, were trying to eat by aiming in their mouths. In this kind of effort, the food was falling in his eyes instead of going in his mouth. Some of the food would go into the mouth and the rest would fall on the ground. All the demons were behaving the same! All the food ended up falling on the ground and the demons could not be satisfied.

When Prabhu ji went to observe the deities in the second room, all the deities were sitting facing each other and were feeding each other with their hands, in this way not a single particle of food was wasted and all the deities were satisfied. Done and the food was also saved! It was learned from the story narrated by the mother that by supporting each other we all can be satisfied and do not waste our resources. Along with this, Yashpal Sharma's father served in the Cooperative Department for twenty years and after that he served the Cooperative Department for thirty-two years after getting a job due to his father's death. Yashpal ji and his father have given a total of 52 years of services in the cooperative department. While working in the department, Yashpal ji found that society can be benefited a lot through co-operatives, but due to political interference and compulsions of government duty for the employees of the department

Cooperative was not able to give proper benefits to the general public. At the time of the formation of the Satkarmi Foundation organization, the idea of formation of the organization was made by Yashpal ji on 30 September 2022, keeping in front the spirit of taking care of the family's maintenance by the Education, Culture and Cooperative Department of Gurukul Kurukshetra. Along with this, Yashpal's family and children have been implementing the main lesson of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji (Keeratkar Namjap - Vandchak) in their lives! In this way, the teachings of the parents and the advice of the teachers will always provide inspiration to run this Satkarmi Foundation organization!
